Ordering from Walstick.com 
How do I place my order?
1. Select Your Purchase. Browse through our website until you find the item you want to purchase.
2. Add to Cart. From the product page, enter the quantity you'd like to buy and click the "Add to Cart" Button
3. Check-out. Review your order and select your shipping address, shipping method and payment method to complete your order.
4. After Check-out. You will receive two confirmation emails: one when your order is received and the second when your order is shipped.

Do you accept PayPal as a form of payment?
Yes we do.

How do I pay for my order?
We only accept Paypal and Paypal Credit cards with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

What are Rewards points? 
You can earn up to 5% of your purchase in Reward Points. Reward Points can then be used as a discount on your next purchase. 

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Our newsletter gives you some great new information about new releases, sales, and other exciting events at Walstick. Click here to join the newsletter! If you want to unsubscribe just click the unsubscribe link in the newsletter section. 

I encounter a "cookies" error on my browser, What should I do?
There are two possible reasons: 
1) Your web-browser does not accept cookies. Please refer to your web browser configuration to enable the option.  
2) The page was left idle for too long and expired. Please refresh the page and it will return to normal.

Shipping Rates and Information
How is my Wall Sticker delivered?
All Walstick products will be shipped in a hard mailing tube and safely delivered to your door step. 

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer 2 types of shipping option for customers:
1. Express shipping
2. Standard Shipping

How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping fees will vary depending on your location. In the shipping method section of the check-out process, you can check your shipping rate.

How long will my order take to arrive?
1. Express shipping usually take 1 to 3 days
2. Standard Shipping usually take 4 to 10 days

When will my order be ship?
Your order will be sent out the next business day after payment is received.

Product and Instructions
Make sure your wall surface is dry, clean and free from dust or grease. You should lay out all the patterns or designs first before applying any Wall Stickers. Wall Stickers will work best on an even surface, so try to avoid uneven surfaces like wood paneling. They also work well on windows, glass, plastic, tile and wood. 
 
Warning: Please allow at least 2 weeks for a freshly painted wall to dry before you apply your wall sticker. Also make sure the wall surface does not emit any water and moisture (eg. inner pipe leakage)

Are wall stickers easily to remove / reposition? Yes, Wall Stickers are easily removable from painted surfaces and certain wallpapers. For stubborn surfaces, gentle heat with a hair dryer can assist in removal. Wall Stickers can be repositioned, but we recommend that you lay them out first to ensure that you’re happy with the layout for best results. For more information check out the How To Apply section.

What materials will I need?
Just a pair of scissors to cut designs (if you wish to cut them out) and a flat plastic ruler to smooth them down during the installation. For wall stickers, simply peel them from the paper backing. 

How big is the product?
The size of the Wall Stickers will be listed in the product details.

Can I put my decal in a bathroom?
Yes, Just make sure the surface where you install your Wall Sticker is completely free of moisture before you apply it.

How long will they last?
Our high quality wall stickers can last up to 5 years. There are many factors in how long they will last including quality of the original surface as well as humidity and temperature in the area. Given that direct heat can release the adhesive and may cause the Wall Sticker to peel, we recommend that you keep your wall decal away from direct sunlight. 

Are there surfaces for which my wall tattoo is NOT recommended?
We do not recommend application to: plaster, textured surfaces, cement, stucco, cardboard, paper (including wallpaper) and fabric surfaces. Why? The decal will stick permanently to paper surfaces, but will not stick to fabric. As for stucco and textured surfaces, they may puncture the vinyl. 

How do I remove the wall sticker?
Easy way: Use your fingernails to pry away a corner of the decal and peel slowly at a 45 degree angle. 
Easier yet: Take a blow dryer and a pair of tweezers to lift a corner of the decal while aiming the blow-dryer at the same area. The adhesive will release as it gets heated. Continue peeling at a 45 degree angle as you heat the vinyl.

Will the decal leave a residue, or cause any damage when removed?
The glue that holds the wall decal in place is strong, but not gooey, so there won’t be any remnants left on the surface after removal. Is

They are matte for a better visual feeling. matte? It is matt for a better visual feeling.

Returns Policy
What is your Return Policy?
Products sold are not refundable. However, we will happily replace your product if you receive the wrong shipment.

Walstick reserve the rights to reject any claims. 
To date, we have not received any complaints of defected goods. However, goods are dispatched at buyer's own risk.
